Every creator starts with a 15-day trial period first. Once you successfully complete the trial, your 3-month contract + monthly base pay kick in.
Set up dedicated TikTok, IG & YouTube accounts
Create brand-new accounts on all three platforms that will be used exclusively for this program. Don't use your personal accounts.
Tip Use the same handle across all three platforms so people can find you cross-platform — it builds a stronger creator identity.
Username rules — please follow exactly
- Pick a handle that sounds like a real creator — natural, personal, easy to remember. Examples:
@builtwithjen,@makesbymaya,@shipswithsam,@vibecoderdani,@codedbyally. - Lowercase, no dots/underscores, no numbers — keep it clean and easy to say out loud.
- Use the same handle on TikTok, Instagram & YouTube — same name, same vibe, same profile picture across all three.
- Don't put "emergent" in the handle — the accounts should look like an independent creator, not a brand account.
- Profile picture: clean, on-brand (builder/maker aesthetic — desk, laptop, code, prototype). Match it across all three.
- Don't use random numbers or symbols (e.g.
@user_2891) — looks like a bot. - Don't reuse a handle from your existing personal accounts.
- Don't make any account private — all three must stay public throughout the program.
Warm up your accounts (3–5 days)
Before posting, spend 3 to 5 days warming up all three accounts. This trains each algorithm to send your content to the right audience (builders, makers, AI enthusiasts) and protects you from being flagged as a new/spam account.
Each day, log in to all three apps for 15–25 minutes each and naturally follow accounts and engage with content across all four niches below. Mix it up — don't only follow one type.
Vibecoding & AI builders
People shipping side projects with AI, prompt-to-product demos, no-code/low-code makers.
Indie hackers & solo devs
Solopreneurs shipping software, MVPs, side projects, and "I built X this weekend" content.
Tech & startup founders
Founders, product builders, hackathon winners, students working on tech projects.
Dev tools & productivity
AI tooling reviews, dev-tool TikToks, productivity hacks for builders, "tools I can't live without" content.
Daily warm-up actions — do this on all three platforms
- Follow 8–12 new accounts (mix of all 4 niches)
- Like 20–30 posts across the niches
- Leave 5–10 thoughtful comments (not just emojis)
- Save 3–5 posts to a collection
- Watch 3–4 videos all the way through
- Stay on-app for 15–25 minutes per platform
↳ tip: do this from the same device + same Wi-Fi you'll post from — for all three apps!
Post one video a day on all three platforms
Post at least one video per day on TikTok, Instagram (Reels), and YouTube (Shorts). You can post the same video across all three — just make sure it lands on each platform daily.
Content themes to pull from
- "I built [X] in 5 minutes with Emergent" — fast-build showcase
- Prompt-to-product demos: idea → working app on screen
- Side project ship-logs: building it live with Emergent
- Replacing a complex tool/workflow with a vibecoded version
- Day-in-the-life of a vibecoder
- Hackathon / weekend project builds
- "Things I've shipped this week" carousels & reels
- Common pitfalls + tips for prompting Emergent
8 reference videos — for inspiration
Approval flow Pitch every video idea on Sideshift before you film & post. Use the dos & don'ts below as a filter.
Do
- Show Emergent in use — the prompt, the build, the working app on screen.
- Open with a hook in the first 1–2 seconds.
- Make it feel like a real builder/maker shot it (desk, laptop, screen recording).
- Keep videos vertical, 9:16, 15–60 seconds (longer for YT).
- Use trending audio that fits the builder/dev tone.
- Caption with 1 line + 5–10 relevant hashtags.
- Submit each idea on Sideshift first — even small twists.
Don't
- Don't post anything not approved on Sideshift.
- Don't bash competitor coding/AI tools by name.
- Don't make claims about Emergent's capabilities that aren't real.
- Don't use copyrighted music outside each platform's library.
- Don't show personal/identifying info or proprietary client code.
- Don't fake a build or AI output that didn't actually come from Emergent.
- Don't use generic stock footage as the entire video.
Earn your payouts
The trial period is 15 days. Once you successfully complete the trial, your monthly base pay + 3-month contract begin.
Virality bonus — how it works
Two simple tiers, one per platform group. Paid per video, at the highest milestone the video reaches. Applies to videos posted during your main program (post-trial).
| 100K views | $100 |
| 500K views | $500 |
| 1M+ views | $1,000 |
| 500K views | $100 |
| 1M views | $300 |
| 5M+ views | $500 |
↳ Note: videos that hit virality during the trial period are not eligible for additional comp — but they secure your place in the main program, where these bonuses kick in.
